Steve's Horsham home ran on LPG, one of the priciest ways to heat a house in the UK. He'd heard all the usual stories: heat pumps don't work in British homes, the bills go up. He was sceptical. We like sceptics.
We started with a proper room-by-room heat loss survey - not a guess - then designed and installed the system to Heat Geek standards, with minimal disruption.
The results:
Annual heating cost down from £1830 to around £830
Warm in every room, all winter
Comfortable and efficient
Zero emissions at point of use
Complete energy independence

Our installations are led by people who genuinely care about how heating systems perform. Not just how fast they’re installed.
Ben Torbet, our founder and lead engineer, has spent years designing and installing high-efficiency heating systems that actually work in real homes.
From straightforward boiler replacements to complex, bespoke setups, every system we install is designed for comfort, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
That focus is why homeowners trust us to install their heat pumps properly, the first time.

| The myth“Heat pumps cost more to run than a gas boiler” | The realityA poorly designed system will cost more than gas. We design to at least match your gas bill (340% SCOP) and often do better (400%+). We cover this on your survey and back it with a guarantee. |
| The myth“They don’t work when it’s cold outside” | The realityModern units work efficiently down to -15°C. The UK rarely drops below -5°C. Poor performance is a design problem, not a heat pump problem. |
| The myth“You’ll have to replace all your radiators” | The realityOften the existing system needs fewer changes than you’d expect. A full survey will highlight exactly what’s required. We always start with the least disruptive option. |
| The myth“Heat pumps are only for new builds” | The realityMost of our installs are in existing homes. We design around your actual heat loss, not the age of your property. |
| The myth“The noise will annoy my neighbours” | The realityA well-sited heat pump is quieter than a boiler flue. We assess noise as part of every survey. It’s the concern we hear most, and never the problem people expect. |
A heat pump is an energy-efficient system that transfers heat from the outside air to heat your home and hot water.
We currently only offer air-source heat pumps to meet various heating and energy efficiency needs.
We start with a Heat Loss Calculation to assess and recommend the most suitable heat pump system for your home
Heat pumps provide energy-efficient heating and hot water, lower utility bills, reduced carbon footprint, and year-round comfort.
Typically, a heat pump installation can take around 3 – 5 days, depending on the complexity of the system and your home’s layout. Some more complex Installations may take longer
Yes! Modern heat pumps will heat any space, provided they are sized properly and installed on properly designed systems. System design is critical to a Heat pump performing at it’s best.
Heat pumps require regular annual maintenance, such as cleaning filters and checking water quality, which our team can handle through scheduled service visits.
